Enter the Astellas Ride of a LifetimeSM 2011 Contest

To celebrate the gift of life, Astellas Pharma US, Inc. is again partnering with the Donate Life Rose Parade® float—a float dedicated entirely to people whose lives have been changed by transplantation. The float honors organ recipients who are living proof of medical advancements, and organ donors, whose generosity makes the continuation of life possible.

By sharing your transplant story, you and a guest could win a five-night trip to California and become part of the Donate Life** float team in the Rose Parade. The five contest winners will help decorate the float and ride on the float during the Parade, meet organ recipients and donors from around the country, and attend special receptions honoring and celebrating the transplant community. To enter the Astellas Ride of a Lifetime 2011 contest, submit an essay of 500 words or less describing how your life was changed by transplantation. All entries must be accompanied by a photo. Please include your full name on the top of your essay.
