By sharing your transplant story with us, you and a guest could win a five-night trip to California and become part of the transplantation float team in the Tournament of Roses Parade®. The five contest winners will ride on the Donate Life float in the Tournament of Roses Parade®, meet other organ recipients and donors from around the country, work with the team to help build the Donate Life float, and attend special receptions. To enter the Astellas Ride of a Lifetime contest, submit a brief essay of 500 words or less describing how your life has been transformed by transplantation.
