Transplant Experience was created to meet your individual needs at each stage of the transplant process. It’s information. It’s tools and tips. It’s real advice from experts in transplantation—doctors, nurses, and other transplant recipients—all designed to help you throughout your transplant experience. The program includes:

• Welcome kit, including an inspirational video, a personal treatment journal, and a unique pill box to help you organize and carry your medicines
• Vital information, which is sent directly to you throughout the year—newsletters, e-mails, videos, special gifts, and more
